Ingredients
- Smoked Cocktail Sausage, Crispy Skin (2 pieces)
- Smoked Bacon (Premium Select) TGM
- Sandwich Ham TGM
- Steamed Jasmine Rice, 1 cup
- Egg, 1
- Tomato Ketchup, 1 tablespoon
- Sugar, 1 teaspoon
- Seasoning Sauce, 1 tablespoon
- Diced Onion, 1 tablespoon
- Raisins, to taste
- Green Peas, to taste
- Corn, to taste
- Carrot, to taste
- Butter
Method
- Fry the egg sunny-side up, then set aside.
- Grill the sandwich ham and smoked bacon, then set aside to rest.
- Trim both ends of the smoked cocktail sausages. These sausages are made with collagen casing and do not need to be peeled. Grill them, then set aside to rest.
- Heat a pan and melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the cooked rice, followed by carrot, green peas, corn, and raisins. Stir to combine. Season with tomato ketchup, seasoning sauce, and sugar. Mix well, then turn off the heat.
- Plate the fried rice and garnish with the fried egg, smoked cocktail sausage, smoked bacon, and sandwich ham. Arrange beautifully before serving.
