1. The company reserves the right to accept product exchanges and returns immediately from the date of receiving the product from the seller. In cases where the product receipt date is unclear or cannot be specified, the company reserves the right to count from the date specified on the purchase order, according to the following cases:

Product Exchange and Return Procedure
1. Contact the QC Department at 02-294-7273 during business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
2. You must send the product and the tax invoice (Tax Invoice) along with your bank account number to the company within 7 days from the date you contacted us.
3. Returned products must be in perfect condition, not spoiled, and must be products purchased directly from the manufacturer only.
4. Once you have completed steps 1-3, the company will take approximately 15 business days to inspect the product and process the refund, starting from the date of receiving the product and complete documents. The product value will be refunded only by transferring money to the bank account you provided.
5. The company reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice.
