This page, including documents or various texts related to this page, is written to inform you of the terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) for using the services of the TGM website, which has the website address www.tgm.co.th (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). The Website provides services for selling processed products such as sausages, ham, and bacon displayed on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”). These services are provided to general users under the Terms and Conditions, which users must study and comply with as stated below.

Thai-German Meat Product Co., Ltd., registered under number 0105533037836, located at 74 Moo 5, Bang Samak Subdistrict, Bang Pakong District, Chachoengsao Province, is a channel to reach consumers to sell products and promote awareness under the name www.tgm.co.th, which also includes related businesses of the company and employees under the company.

The following Terms and Conditions cover the sale and delivery of any products ordered by you through our Website. By ordering products, you agree that you have read and are legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are intellectual property protected by copyright law. Third parties are not permitted to use any part or all of these Terms and Conditions for commercial purposes in offering products for sale. Violators will be prosecuted according to the law.

Purchase Procedures

In the case that the company sells products, you can place an order by following these steps.

  • Place an order through the channels specified by the company by specifying the type of product, quantity, full name, shipping address, contact information, as well as any other information required by the company.
  • Make payment for the product. You can pay using the methods specified by the company.
  • You will receive the product through delivery personnel along with a receipt/tax invoice/delivery note.
  • You have the right to cancel the product (in case the product is defective or damaged) by returning the product to the company within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • If you exercise your right to cancel the order and the product is damaged or lost due to your fault, the company reserves the right to exchange or return the product if the product is not in a sellable condition.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

If you place an order with the company, the following shipping terms and conditions apply.

  • Shipping will be processed based on the order number. Orders with different order numbers may not be received at the same time.

  • ห่างไกล/เกาะ (เช่น ยะลา, ปัตตานี, นราธิวาส, แม่ฮ่องสอน) จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม 100 บาท/กล่อง
  • You will not be able to change the shipping address once the order has been confirmed.
  • The company reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice.

Cancellation, Refund, and Exchange Policy

If you find an error in your order after confirming and submitting it through the website, please contact order@tgm.co.th or contact our staff at 02-294-7273 ext. 108 (automated, 10 lines) immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to correct the order as requested.

We do our best to ensure the prices we notify you of are accurate. However, the price of the product you order will still need to be verified and confirmed again, as this is one of the steps in the order review process. If there is a price change before we confirm your order, we will contact you to inform you and confirm whether you still want to order that product and whether you want us to proceed. In this case, you can cancel the order without any charge.

Cancellation

  • We may cancel an order if there is no product available due to any reason. We will notify you if this occurs and will process a refund for the amount you have paid.
  • In general, we will refund the amount received from you through the same channel that you used to make the payment for the product.

Cancellation by Customer (Non-defective products) If you wish to cancel your order before we proceed with shipping, please contact our customer service team by phone or email — there will be no fee. However, once the product has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. (Please contact via the number or email listed above.)

Defective Products

  • We guarantee that:

    • The products will be delivered in the quantity you have ordered, without any damage or defects, and
    • The products will match the details provided by the manufacturer on our website or on the product itself at the time you placed the order.
  • The products should be used according to the manufacturer’s usage instructions displayed on our website or on the product, and it is your responsibility to strictly follow these usage guidelines.
  • Before shipping, we may make minor changes to the packaging, stickers, and other details, but these must remain within reasonable limits.
  • We strive to deliver products in excellent condition. However, if you report that the product is damaged due to the shipping process, we are willing to accept the return of the product in a condition that allows us to inspect it within the timeframe specified on the website, and the company reserves the right to decide at the discretion of the staff.
  • In cases where we need to compensate for defective products, we may require your cooperation or request certain information related to the product, including
    • You must specify the details of the damage or defect, including where and how it occurred, and return the product within 7 days for inspection.
    • You must provide the receipt number and other information reasonably requested by us.
  • If you wish for us to exchange a product that is eligible for exchange or refund for a product that meets the contract, and we find that the product
